This past weekend, we hit both a Sam’s Club and a Costco back-to-back. We gotta say….Sam’s blows Costco out of the water when it comes to overall ease of shopping. Membership at Costco took 15 minutes to set up, then the mobile app was all messed up and required an identity verification that failed every attempt. The crowds were insane, and we waited in TWO different checkout lines because there was zero direction. Could it have been one busy day for them? Yes, but it left a very bad taste in our mouths. Over at Sam’s (we went directly from Costco to Sam’s), we walked in, opened our app, scanned each item as we shopped, tapped “Pay,” and were in and out in 20 minutes with zero waiting. Lower crowds, at least a few of the same items at a lower price, and almost zero wait (even with a return). What has your experience been with either of these? Have a preference??

Since they're in the news at the moment for a somewhat frivilous lawsuit, we'll just go ahead and ask our fellow RV'rs... are there RV-friendly Buc-ee's locations?? We've been to a few, and each time, parking is an issue due to crowded lots and no dedicated RV/trailer spots. We hate leaving our rig at a pump while we go inside, but that's often our only choice. What say you? Have you had a frustrating experience at Buc-ee's with an RV?

“Holy Consolidation!” In the same week, we visited the @gulfstreamcoach Vintage Cruiser Rally AND the @ffbatmanmuseum (they were within an hour of each other), and we’re not sure if we got our wires crossed or if we were “inspired” 😂 Whadaya think?? Maybe a limited edition Bat Cruiser??? 🤓

Holy 60th Anniversary!! It’s fairly common knowledge that Kyle is a HUGE Batman fan, so when he found out we were going to be near the @ffbatmanmuseum in Logansport, Indiana, we OF COURSE had to stop and check it out… How appropriate, consider TODAY marks the anniversary of the premier of the 1966 theatrical film based on the popular TV series, starring Adam West and Burt Ward!
